Seven multivitamin bottles sit on this page; six have a photographed Supplement Facts panel. Those six do not agree on what a serving is or on how many lines a multivitamin panel carries: one serving is a single tablet with 15 rows, another is five capsules with 29 rows. One gummy panel prints a fish-oil block; one capsule panel prints vitamin B12 at 25,000% of the Daily Value. The seventh bottle, the Nature Made tablet whose front announces iron, has no photographed panel and appears here only for what its front prints. Label math only, as the series promises.
Six panels, six serving sizes, 30 to 180 servings
The serving line comes first: every amount on a panel is per serving, not per piece. The table lists serving size, servings per container and rows carrying an amount, footnotes left out.
| Label | Serving size; servings; rows with an amount |
|---|---|
| Bronson Vision Complete Multivitamin Tablets | 1 Tablet; 180 servings; 15 rows |
| Nature Made Multi + Omega-3 For Him Gummies | 2 Gummies; 75 servings; 20 rows |
| Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/Day | Two Capsules; 30 servings; 24 rows |
| Nature Made Advanced Multivitamin Gummies | 3 Gummies; 30 servings; 25 rows |
| Ekkovision Multivitamin Capsules | 3 Capsules; 180 servings; 17 rows |
| Revive Multivitamin Capsules | 5 Capsules; 30 servings; 29 rows |
Piece counts and servings line up on the six bottles with a panel: 540 capsules ÷ 3 = 180 servings on the Ekkovision label, whose front prints both “540 Capsules” and “180 SERV”; 150 gummies ÷ 2 = 75 on the For Him gummies, whose dosing graphic prints “75 day supply”; 90 ÷ 3 = 30 on the Advanced gummies; 150 ÷ 5 = 30 on Revive; 60 ÷ 2 = 30 on Thorne; 180 tablets at one per serving is 180 on Bronson. Thorne’s column header reads “Two Capsules Contain:” rather than “Amount Per Serving”, matching the “2/Day” on the front.
From 11 to 21 vitamin and mineral rows
Counting the vitamin and mineral rows that carry a %DV, and leaving out the calorie, carbohydrate, sugar, protein and sodium lines on the gummy panels and every row whose %DV column prints “†”, “*” or “**” in place of a percentage, the six panels come to:
- Bronson, 1 tablet: 12 rows, 9 vitamins and 3 minerals (zinc, selenium, copper), then three botanical rows marked “†” (bilberry 50 mg, eyebright 50 mg, grape seed 25 mg). No vitamin D, calcium or magnesium row.
- For Him gummies, 2 gummies: 11 rows, 9 vitamins and 2 minerals (zinc, chromium), a sodium line at 1%, and below a thick rule a four-line fish-oil block: Fish Oil 227 mg, Total EPA & DHA 60 mg, DHA 50 mg, EPA 10 mg. No calcium or magnesium row.
- Ekkovision, 3 capsules: 14 rows, 10 vitamins and 4 minerals (zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium), then three “**” rows (Curcumin C3 Complex 100 mg, Tagetes erecta flower 100 mg, BioPerine 10 mg). A sub-line under vitamin K names K1 and K2 with no amounts. No calcium or magnesium row.
- Advanced gummies, 3 gummies: 19 rows, 11 vitamins and 8 minerals (calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium, molybdenum), plus sodium at 1%. No vitamin A row.
- Revive, 5 capsules: 20 rows with a %DV, vitamin A through potassium, choline included, then nine “**” rows from N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 600 mg down to trans-resveratrol 10 mg. No vitamin E row is printed; a “Mixed Tocopherols” 50 mg line sits in that no-DV block.
- Thorne, two capsules: 21 rows, 13 vitamins and 8 minerals (calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium), then three “*” rows (d-gamma tocopherol 24 mg, boron 2 mg, lutein 140 mcg).
Counted that way the shortest list is the For Him gummies’ 11 and the longest Thorne’s 21; counted as every row with an amount, the range is 15 (Bronson: 12 + 3) to 29 (Revive: 20 + 9). The first table’s other totals add the same way: For Him 11 + 5 food lines (calories, carbohydrate, total sugars, added sugars, sodium) + 4 fish-oil lines = 20; Advanced 19 + 6 food lines (those five plus protein) = 25; Thorne 21 + 3 = 24; Ekkovision 14 + 3 = 17. Five rows appear on all six panels: vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate (printed “Vitamin B9” on Ekkovision, in mcg DFE like the other five), vitamin B12 and zinc. Vitamin D is on five panels (Bronson prints none), vitamin A on five (the Advanced gummies print none), and vitamin K on two (Ekkovision 700 mcg, Thorne 400 mcg).
None of the six photographed panels prints iron. The one bottle on this page that names iron is the Nature Made Multivitamin with Iron Tablets, whose front prints “Multi”, “INCLUDING IRON” and “130 TABLETS”; a separate product graphic, not the bottle, prints the count “23 key nutrients”. Its Supplement Facts panel is not among the photographs; the iron amount, its %DV, the serving size and the servings per container are not readable here. Zinc is the one mineral on all six readable panels: 5 mg (Revive), 5.5 mg (both Nature Made gummies), 15 mg (Thorne), 25 mg (Bronson) and 30 mg (Ekkovision).
Multivitamin label %DV: under 1% and 25,000% on the same shelf
- Lowest printed %DV among the vitamin and mineral rows, panel by panel: Revive, potassium 30 mg at “<1%”. Thorne, calcium 52 mg at 4%. Advanced gummies, calcium 130 mg and magnesium 42 mg at 10% each. For Him gummies, 50% (vitamin A 450 mcg, zinc 5.5 mg). Bronson, niacin 16 mg NE at 100%. Ekkovision, vitamin B9 at 150%; that panel prints no row under 100%. The gummy panels’ food lines print lower figures: sodium 1% on both, Total Carbohydrate “2%**” (For Him) and “3%**” (Advanced), Added Sugars “8%**” and “10%**”.
- Highest printed %DV, panel by panel: vitamin B12 on all six. 6 mcg reads 250% (For Him), 12 mcg reads 500% (Advanced), 100 mcg reads 4167% (Bronson), 250 mcg reads 10415% (Ekkovision) and 10,416% (Revive), and 600 mcg reads 25,000% (Thorne). The two 250 mcg panels land one point apart, one with a thousands comma and one without.
Vitamin A at 1500 mcg (Revive prints it “1,500mcg”, comma and no space) shows the same split: Ekkovision prints 165%, Bronson and Revive print 167%. Thorne prints its vitamin A in milligrams, 1.05 mg, and the row name shows the sum: 450 mcg from beta carotene + 600 mcg as palmitate = 1,050 mcg, which is 1.05 mg. Units shift inside a panel as well: Bronson’s niacin is “mg NE”, every folate row is “mcg DFE”, and Ekkovision and Bronson print vitamin A in “mcg RAE”. Four rows also carry an IU figure: “(1000 IU)” after 25 mcg of vitamin D3 on both Nature Made gummies, “(2,000 IU)” in Thorne’s vitamin D row, and “from 5,000 IU Beta Carotene” in Revive’s vitamin A row; our IU to mcg and mg conversion chart lines those pairs up.
Per gummy, per capsule, per tablet: the serving size changes every figure
Dividing a panel amount by the serving count gives the per-piece figure, and that is where capsule, gummy and tablet drift apart. Take vitamin D. Three panels print the same 25 mcg per serving: the For Him gummies (25 ÷ 2 = 12.5 mcg per gummy), the Advanced gummies (25 ÷ 3, about 8.3 mcg per gummy) and Revive (25 ÷ 5 = 5 mcg per capsule). Thorne prints 50 mcg per two capsules, 25 mcg per capsule; Ekkovision prints 125 mcg per 3 capsules, about 41.7 mcg per capsule; Bronson prints no vitamin D row. Per serving the spread is 25 to 125 mcg; per piece, 5 to about 41.7 mcg.
| Label | Vitamin B12 per serving; per piece |
|---|---|
| Bronson, 1 tablet | 100 mcg; 100 mcg per tablet |
| For Him gummies, 2 gummies | 6 mcg; 3 mcg per gummy |
| Thorne, two capsules | 600 mcg; 300 mcg per capsule |
| Advanced gummies, 3 gummies | 12 mcg; 4 mcg per gummy |
| Ekkovision, 3 capsules | 250 mcg; about 83.3 mcg per capsule |
| Revive, 5 capsules | 250 mcg; 50 mcg per capsule |
Per piece, the B12 column runs from 3 mcg (one For Him gummy) to 300 mcg (one Thorne capsule), a hundredfold span: 300 ÷ 3 = 100.
Calcium and magnesium are printed on three of the six panels, all of them 30-serving bottles: the Advanced gummies, calcium 130 mg (10%) and magnesium 42 mg (10%) per 3 gummies, about 43.3 mg and 14 mg per gummy; Revive, 75 mg (6%) of each per 5 capsules, 15 mg of each per capsule; Thorne, calcium 52 mg (4%) and magnesium 20 mg (5%) per two capsules, 26 mg and 10 mg per capsule. The omega-3 line exists on one panel only: the For Him gummies print Fish Oil 227 mg and Total EPA & DHA 60 mg per 2 gummies (DHA 50 mg + EPA 10 mg = 60 mg), which comes to 113.5 mg of fish oil and 30 mg of EPA plus DHA per gummy. The sugar line follows the serving too: “Includes 4 g Added Sugars” (printed “8%**”) per 2 gummies, “Includes 5 g Added Sugars” (printed “10%**”) per 3; the capsule and tablet panels print no sugar or calorie lines. That 60 mg of EPA plus DHA per 2 gummies sits beside 600 mg to 2,100 mg per serving on the five softgel panels in our fish oil 1200 mg vs 3000 mg read.
Three photographs show a directions line: Bronson, “take one tablet per day, preferably with a meal”; the For Him gummies, “Adults, chew 2 gummies daily”; the Advanced gummies, “Adults, chew 3 gummies daily”. The Ekkovision and Thorne photographs show no directions or warnings; the Revive photographs show only cut-off fragments of both lines, neither readable in full.
Quick answers
Which of these multivitamins prints iron? None of the six photographed panels prints an iron row. The Nature Made tablet whose front reads “INCLUDING IRON” has no photographed panel, and its iron figure is not readable here.
Does a 2-a-day multivitamin print the same amounts as a 1-a-day? Not on these panels. Thorne’s “Two Capsules Contain:” column prints 600 mcg of vitamin B12 and 50 mcg of vitamin D; Bronson’s single tablet prints 100 mcg of B12 and no vitamin D row.
What does %DV mean on a multivitamin label? The share of a Daily Value that one serving carries, printed next to the amount. Rows whose %DV column prints “†” (Bronson), “*” (Thorne, and the Total Sugars and fish-oil lines on the gummies) or “**” (Ekkovision, Revive) carry no percentage; each panel’s footnote says the Daily Value is not established, printed “Daily Value not established” on four panels, “Daily Value Not Established” on Ekkovision and “Daily Value (DV) not established.” on Thorne. On the two gummy panels “**” also follows a printed percentage, as in “2%**” and “8%**”, and points to “Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet”.
Which men’s multivitamin here prints omega-3? Only the For Him gummies: Fish Oil 227 mg, Total EPA & DHA 60 mg, DHA 50 mg and EPA 10 mg per 2 gummies, each marked “*”. No other panel here prints a fish-oil or omega-3 row.
Everything above is read off six panels and one front label. The bottles are gathered on the Multivitamins collection; for the vocabulary (serving size, %DV, DFE, NE, RAE) start with how to read a Supplement Facts label, and for the five-digit B12 percentages see our B-complex labels read (five-digit %DV).
