CONTENTS :

FOR THE MEATBALL,

Half kg double shot ground beef brisket
1 onion
3 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs or half a loaf of bread
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
4 cloves of garlic

FOR SAUCE,

1 handful of peanuts
1.5 sprigs of rosemary
1 cup of bone broth
1 pack of cream, 200 ml (18% fat)
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of salt

 

*To make Meatballs with Cream Sauce, grate 1 onion into the bowl in which you will knead the meatballs.
*Add half kg of minced meat to the onions. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 3 cloves of grated garlic and start kneading.
*Knead for 5-6 minutes and after it reaches a paste-like consistency, shape it into small flat meatballs. If it sticks, you can wet your hands. You will have about 30 patties.
*While making the meatballs, open the bottom of the cast pan and start heating.
*Seal both sides of the meatballs for a total of 3 minutes on high heat and remove from the pan. You do not need to cook for a long time at this stage, as they will also be cooked with sauce.
*After turning the second round of meatballs, add 1 handful of peanuts to the pan and let them roast a little and get the flavor of the meatballs.
*Take the cooked meatballs out of the pan. When the peanuts start to change color, add the remaining grated garlic, 1 sprig of rosemary leaves, 1 pinch of black pepper.
*Pour 1 glass of marrow bone broth and 1 packet of cream into the pan. Add the meatballs to the pan before mixing and boiling, so that the meatballs absorb the delicious sauce.
*Sprinkle 1 pinch of salt and half a sprig of rosemary leaves and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
*When you sprinkle the leaves of 2 sprigs of parsley on it at the last minute, your Meatballs with Cream Sauce is ready for you to eat with pleasure.
