TOMATO SOUP WITH CREAM RECIPE

TOMATO SOUP WITH CREAM RECIPE

CONTENTS :

6 clusters of tomatoes or 3 large tomatoes

2 packages of tomato puree (400ml)

half a box of cream

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

 

*To make Tomato Soup with Cream, put 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the saucepan.
*Fry 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves of garlic until they turn brown.
*Peel the skins of 6 tomatoes and cut them into big cubes and add them to the pot.
*Add 2 packets of tomato puree to the pot. Since we are in the season, I used tomato and tomato puree together. You can make it from only tomatoes in the summer, and only from tomato puree in the winter. If you are only going to use tomato puree, 4 packets of tomato puree will be enough for an ideal soup.
*Add one teaspoon each of salt, granulated sugar, one teaspoon each of thyme and chili pepper and cook gently for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
*After boiling for 3-4 minutes, add half a pack of cream and 1 glass of water and cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat. Blend it in a hand blender until you get a smooth consistency. You can serve it with croutons or roasted sesame seeds. Your Tomato Soup with Cream is ready, bon appetit!
