Improved my dogs quality of lifeMy Shih-Chi Bentley had been having serious skin issues, and was miserable. You could just tell he didn’t feel well. AccurateFig food fine- delivery was ridiculous – set on steps, not even on porch, no box or packaging – anyone could see and help themselves- took a pic of inside of his car to show delivery???

Excellent Dog foodI have been feeding this brand & type to my 6 yr old Service Dog for 5 yrs, ever since I got her. She loves it very much. I have no complaints as to the quality of the dog food. My only 2 issues are:
1. I wish they made a larger bag than just the 24 LB bags.
2. Just in the past few months, the price per 24 lb bag has gone up about $10. I know prices have gone up, but for it to go up this much, this fast, I don’t feel it is acceptable or warranted.
As much as I would hate to have to change my Services Dogs food, I may not have any choice, due to the major price increase & trying to survive on SSDI.

Good product bad deliveryThis is a great dog food for our dog with stomach issues. However this product was lost in shipping and latter found at the wrong address. I was lucky they brought it to me.

Digestive DiscomfortThis looked like a healthy option for my dogs but instead it seemed to make them sick. Even though we gradually added this into their diet, it caused digestive problems for all 4 of our dogs. They were gassy and their burps smelled like poop! It was horrible. They would vomit or have diarrhea. They got to where they didn’t want to eat the food. We ended up switching them to a different dog food and ALL of them quickly improved.

This is the first time I have not been happy with my purchase…Max would not eat his food, normally I just throw it out at the end of the day. But, after a few days, I was looking at his food and I noticed small ants in the dish, I poured the bag out on the patio and noticed there ware LOTS of tiny ants in the food.
