Half a pack of pasta
150 gr double shot ground beef brisket
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
400 ml tomato puree (2 packs)
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 pinches of granulated sugar
1.5 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
quarter nutmeg

*To make Pasta Recipe with Meat and Tomatoes, start roasting 150 g of double shot ground beef in a dry frying pan over high heat. When the ground beef begins to brown and release its juices, add 1 cubed onion.
*After adding the onions, reduce the heat and fry for about 20 minutes. Add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic into it. Stir once in a while so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom. You can scrape the remaining ingredients in the pan by pouring a few spoons of pasta water from time to time and mixing them. Finally, add a teaspoon of salt and pepper to the ground beef. If you have it at home, roasted ground beef is okay when you grate a quarter of nutmeg.
*Put 1.5-2 liters of boiling water in a large saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and when it boils, add half a pack of auger pasta and cook for 9 minutes on medium heat.
*Add 400 ml of tomato puree, 2 pinches of granulated sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar to the roasted ground beef and mix.
*Roughly chop 5 sprigs of fresh thyme and add to the pan.
*Drain the excess water from the pasta with a colander and add it to the pan.
*Use 1-2 scoops of the boiling water to mix the delicious sauce with the pasta beautifully.
*When you turn off the stove and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on it, your Pasta with Meat and Tomatoes is ready.
