REM and deep sleep improved
Subjectively GABA gives me better sleep. Objectively (tracked by Oura ring) I can see I get more full sleep cycles per night – prior taking this supplement I used to have very little REM. It’s so consistent that just from looking at my sleep graph I can tell when I took it, and when not. I also noticed that if I take it right before sleep I only get REM in the morning, but if I do it 1-2 hours before going to sleep it’s spread better through the night. It works well for me and I will buy it again.

Solution to mind racing thoughts and emotional reactivity
I had no idea that there were solutions that could help reduce mind racing, ruminating thoughts and emotional reactivity. After completing a master’s degree in substance abuse and mental health counseling, I began to learn about neurotransmitters. “GABA is the brake and Glutamate is the gas” my professor told us. It took awhile to figure out that GABA was the key to slowing down the speed thoughts are transmitted in my brain. The key to reducing mind racing is to slow down the speed that electrical travel between nerve endings in the brain. I have been making progress using EFT “Tapping” but I had to do it three or four times a day. I have been tapping for a year now and the mind racing was better but I wasn’t cured. My son also began to tell me about his mind racing and I started to pursue GABA options. I tried these first starting in January. After a month, I have not tapped to see what they do on their own. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I have been more emotionally stable than I have ever been. Racing thoughts have slowed to normal range and I can process information better. I can also stop before emotions get out of control. I am a believer and will be using this produce for the count. Hope it works for you like it did for me because my mind was making my life chaos.

I had been taking Ambien for over 15 years. I started going to a new physician who refused to refill the Rx so I was forced to find other options. Improved sleep and memory consolidation
As a medical student, who typically over indulges on caffeine, I have found this product extremely valuable. It can often be very difficult to wind down at night and get a rejuvenating sleep after drinking coffee for most of the day. This supplement has eliminated this issue completely! this product provides a calm without grogginess. i did notice a calm feeling and some better mood but not to the extreme. i will be getting more and there are a few products i really like. this helps me sleep without the side effects most meds provide. i like that this is all natural

Helpful for Sleep & Nighttime Relaxation
I have been taking 1 GABA Brain Food pill every other night for more than a month. I take it about 2 hours before my usual bedtime, and when I do, I experience improved relaxation and much better sleep. I work out after work (usually between 5-8 p.m.), and the GABA Brain Food helps me relax quicker to fall asleep faster. I started taking it every night this week and have had excellent sleep results. Highly recommended!

I bought this for my teenage daughter who said she was having trouble sleeping and issues focusing during the day. After a about 4 days of taking it she said it was causing her a racing heart. So I asked her to stop. I bought her another supplement with herbs and a lot less GABA, which is working great for her.
But I have been taking Natrual Stacks Gaba, once during the night and I do feel I get deeper sleep. I think supplements work differently for everyone- one has to try to see which ones is for them.
