 We do not cover unauthorized resellers, so we hope you can support our business and buy directly from us! The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by Mayrip, which includes:

• mayrip.com

So please check that it is Sold & Shipped by Mayrip, and not a knock-off seller or a resold item. As long as we’re able to find your Order number in our systems, we got your back. In order to claim a refund or replacement through our 6 months warranty program, please see the further details

• Show a proof of the defect product
• Used or “open-box” merchandise is not covered by our warranty.
• If you bought it, used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.
• To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting the replacements to one time. But don’t worry, we’ll still refund you in the off-chance the replacements still don’t work.
