My Holy GrailThis is the one hair product I can’t live without. It’s perfect for my curl pattern and texture.
I’ve done the legwork over my 40 years. I’ve tried every mousse, gel, cream, wax, spray, etc. at every price point. NOTHING comes close to this inexpensive hidden gem. They all disappointed until Herbal Essences Curl Boosting Mousse.
My hair has every curl type mixed in. From smooth, soft waves to coarse tight curls that are highly prone to intense dryness and frizz. This mousse tames it all. It dries a little crunchy, but scrunches out to reveal soft, well defined ringlets and waves. It doesn’t contain any of the curly hair nemeses, such as waxes, silicones, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, etc. It’s 100% curly girl approved. It doesn’t leave my hands or skin feeling sticky. Doesn’t dry out my locks or wreak havoc on my ends. Holds up to humidity better than anything else I’ve tried. It holds for 3 days, although I only wash once a week. I just rock a ponytail or messy bun. It works because the ends stay in tact thanks to this dreamy mousse. (My roots are a whole other beast that will never be tamed.) I can’t say enough about this mousse. And the price?? THAT’S THE BEST PART. It’s a dream at less than $3 a can. I use a ton because my hair is so thick and long, but at this price it’s no big deal.
I *HIGHLY* recommend Herbal Essences Curl-Boosting Mousse. Why waste money on anything else when perfection already exists for basically pennies?
** Please excuse the creepy uplit photo. It was the best illustration of my curl situation and the definition capability of the mousse. My hair is naturally a huge frizzy, fuzzy mess with zero definition.

Best Mousse EverLove this mousse. I have natural curly hair and this mousse is perfect. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling oily or heavy. Gently lifts and separates my curls. I have been using this mousse for years.

this is my go to mousse. i have super frizzy 3b wavy curls, and i live in florida. this stuff actually keeps my curls together, doesnt dry out my hair, and doesnt leave it crunchy. i super reccomend trying it

Received 2 different kindsI ordered a 2 pack of Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Curl Boosting Mousse and I received the one I wanted along with a different Herbal Essences mousse. I don’t really mind but I was expecting 2 of the curl boosting mousse. It did arrive a lot earlier then I expected. The following day to be exact.

Love the product but didn’t like the packagingWhen I got the product the sprayer top is broken so I have to set it on the top and try to spray it out.

Smells good…I like the smell, and when putting it in thought it would work great, i have long thick hair. i have always put mousse in and then scrunched it up into 6 different clips and let it sit for a while. This made it a tiny bit wavy, but didnt do what my other mousse does and it didnt hold up. i figured being a level 3 it would. So i will use the rest of this one, but i wont buy again.

NOT HAPPY!!!!I love this product but I was shipped 3 cans and all of them had the plastic tops broke off and then they so conveniently put some tape on them saying that it was “to prevent leaks”. The caps were still on the bottles which is how I know it wasn’t damaged in shipping and was sent out this way. If one out of the 3 was broke, I could understand but they literally sent me all 3 that are broken. In the pic, the bottle on the right was one I already had.
