device came not workingThis item, came and it did not work, I have it still back in the box, as I purchased this right in the midst of the Corona virus and I have been able to return this product! not satisfied at all. I’ve been calling nonstop to get a hold of customer service to assist me with a return no luck 🙁

Destroyed in transit, Power supply missingGot this finally after it had been drug behind the delivery vehicle for 5 days. The box was destroyed and the power supply missing. I surmise it fell out of the gaping hole in the middle of the box. Don’t know how well the unit functions as I don’t have a spare 12V supply.
