Amazing difference in one weekI had tried a brand that had zero smell or taste that even resembled cinnamon. (I had read to make sure the brand is resourced from Sri Lanka and this one is.) It smells delicious and opened and tasted is a robust cinnamon. So My glucose fasting reads had been creeping back up on me and that’s why I made the decision to go back on C.C….lately they went to 93 the 99 then 105… and 111. So in one week or actually 6 days of ceylon they are staying at 82!! One capsule w breakfast one with dinner, that’s it. 20 point drop impressive!

Affordable cinnamon supplements.I found out that cinnamon can lower blood sugar among other things and went looking for some affordable supplements. So many were very expensive but these Spring Valley ones were affordable so I tried them. They smell slightly like cinnamon in the bottle and, when a capsule is opened. the scent is definitely strongly of cinnamon so I know I am actually getting what I paid for. They go down easy. I have no digestive issues with them and am waiting to see if my blood sugar responds. I only have been taking them for a little over a week. My doctor approves of these and says to keep taking them and I will.

the Ceylon cinnamon is never available and I will continue ordering it from Amazon, as well as Saw Palmetto and Cholestoff, which are never available either.

What is in this capsule?It was concerning that the color was much lighter in the capsules purchased today. In opening a capsule to compare with the prior Ceylon Cinnamon on hand, there is a vast difference in color, grind and taste. What has happened?

Fake product? Pour out capsule to see for yourselfThis seems like a FAKE supplement! I take Ceylon cinnamon in other brands.
I noticed the capsule was far too pale in color. Then, I poured a capsule directly into my mouth, and it was SWEET like sugar and crunchy, just like ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal! This is not cinnamon! It’s artificial something. Like a baking mix.
(The bottle says: “Other ingredients: veggie capsule, purified water.”
So it can’t, or shouldn’t be anything else inside the capsule!)
I don’t trust Spring Valley supplements anymore 🙁

since when is cinnamon White? doesn’t look like cinnamon or taste like cinnamon. Walmart, GNC and Walgreens were busted a few years ago for false supplements. looks like they are doing it again! I’m not buying any Walmart supplements again and letting family and friends know about this crap. you can Google this previous problem they were caught at.
