Great Product!!I tried Quaker Steel Cut Oats back in 2020 and was not impressed; I decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised. I used the microwave method and my oatmeal came out great! If you haven’t tried the Quaker Steel Cut 3 Minute Oats, do so: I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Packages burst in shipping meaning loss of foodI really like and depend on grocery delivery. However if food isn’t in strong packaging, the package will burst and food spill out. This has happened before.
This time the sardines were popped out of boxes, but not dented, therefore useable. One box of steel cut oats was burst and half the contents spilled out in mailing box. Not good. You can not always help care and handling, but perhaps better packaging would help.

Would like my container of oatmeal replaced.I love the shipment timing, but one container of my oatmeal was opened and unusable.

Improper packaging of product by WalmartThe oats container was broken and the contents leaked out into the packaging container. To rectify this issue: Package the oats (as they are in a carboard container) in a box versus a bag. In a bag, the product packaging is susceptable to being crushed (as happened here).

Buyer Beware!2 of the 6 cans arrived destroyed with the shipping carton half-way filled with oats. Took about 15 min to vacuum up the mess and dispose of the loose oats, and after another 10 min of looking for customer service contacts here on the website I give up. The only options appear to involve sending back what was damaged, which isn’t possible. So, I spent roughly $44 for 4 five-dollar cans of oats in the end. Final touch–website erroring out, not allowing me to attach the photos i’d intended to provide to customer service–if it existed.

SawdustNot sure what this is? Sawdust is the best description. Tried making it three times, adjusting water and cook time. It doesn’t get any better. Seems the 25-minute version is no longer sold in stores. You only get this 3-minute version, and it’s terrible.

SpilledIt wasn’t properly packed and the oatmeal was all the box
