    Good if you’re not allergic
    My optometrist suggested I should take Fish Oil Pills or Flax Seed so read which one was best for me and decided to go with Fish Oil after a few doses as directed I started getting some type of bumps that resembled those of mosquitoes bites so I kept taking it but after a week or so I knew it wasn’t the mosquitoes because weather was cooling down and there was none around. So I knew it had to be these capsules. It took at least 5-7 days for the rash/ bumps to go away. Never again. So make sure you’re not allergic before taking.

    Received on 10/30/24. Expiration date of Feb 2025. Not really close to expiration but closer than I like.
