Great Home/Office PrinterThe HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer is an Great Printer. The set up was very easy and quick. I downloaded the HP App & it basically did everything for me. This is a Very User Friendly & well made Printer. It is an Excellent Home Printer, but has the capabilities to work for an Office as well. The HP OfficeJet 8022e can Print, Copy, Scan & Fax and does each job with ease. It also has the ability to dual side print. I love the Touch Screen Controls. Compared to other Printers, the HP OfficeJet 8022e is extremely quiet, but it also had a Quiet Mode. The Picture Quality is Amazing. I had some 8 x 10 pictures printed @ a Photo Shop & also printed the same pictures with the OfficeJet 8022e & you Can Not tell the difference. It also prints high quality Business Cards, Labels and anything you need to print. Every project I used the HP OfficeJet for, it Excelled at. I also like that it has separate cartridges for each color. The HP 8022e comes with a Year Warranty. I’m Really impressed with this printer & would definitely recommend it.

HP Printer is a winner! This is a great printer with lots of bells and whistles. It was easy to set up and get printing! HP is known for quality products and this does not disappoint! Copies are crisp and clear and the colors are vivid. I am so glad this comes with 6 months of ink!

Scanning and printing has just become much easierThe HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Wireless Color Inkjet Printer is what I really needed.

I can recommend reading the instructions included on the box, in the box, and on the HP website. Otherwise, for me, setup was relatively simple. The main instructions for initial set up are in picture form, so even easier! The touchscreen is a cool and modern feature on this gem.

How refreshing to be able to print wirelessly! I can print what I need from my laptop, MAC desktop, and even my phone! The scanner works smoothly and the results are clear. It’s not even as noisy as my old printer!

Installation of the included ink cartridges was not difficult, I just hope they last awhile given that each color looks rather small but I think they’ll print about 300 to 315 pages. Luckily, I do not have to print very often as I work online, and I have not had the chance to try out the faxing capability yet. The scanning and printing is a necessity though – and I look forward to years of use with this valuable office tool!

Super easy setup for this HP 8022e printer!Super easy setup for this HP 8022e printer!
Just download the HP smart app, connect to WiFi.
You can scan and print from anywhere and it’s more
secure with basic encryption, password and document
protection with WiFi security as well. It has automatic 2
sided printing with mobile and wireless printing. The
printing speed is 18 pages per minute if you print in
black and 10 pages per minute for color printing. HP
also gives you 6 months of free ink. This printer is
perfect for your home office and I would recommend!!!

HP Makes It Easy, The OfficeJet 8022eI will just say this, This OfficeJet isn’t like the old days. First, the installation on my Windows 7 desktop PC. Check, easy. Yes I know, Windows 7. At least it’s the pro version. Don’t like 10. Second, printing. I just don’t know how to describe the quality. It is great and fast for text pages. I put it through the ringer with all sorts of print tasks. It handled them with ease. The photo prints could’ve been a little better, a little faster, but they still looked great. Scan to print multiple pages, check. Another great feature for a busy office, or a small studio like ours. But, the scanning could be faster, or I am just that impatient. No, its kinda slow for me. But faster than 2005. LOL

All in all a really great printer.

Great HP PrinterI really like the HP Officejet 8022e All In One Printer. The setup is very easy. The printer comes with instructions that are very easy to follow. Just follow the instructions that comes with the printer and you’ll be setup with in minute’s and ready to print,. Scan, Copy, Or fax. After I put the four ink cartridges that come with the printer , Yellow, Blue, Red, And black. That were very easy to install. I filled the paper tray with printer paper. I plugged the printer into a wall receptacle and turned the printer on. All I had to do was follow the instructions from the printer and followed the instructions from the HP online site. That comes with the instructions . I had to setup an online account. After that the software was very easy to download from online. The setup was so easy I the printer connected to my network all on its own. Witch made the setup so much more easy for me. What I liked even more is you can download the app to your phone or tablet. Witch makes printing from anywhere a breeze. The printer prints vivid black and white or full color prints. This printer is by far the easiest printer I have ever worked with. I’m very happy with this printer and being HP. I’m expecting to get years of service out of it.

Works great easy setupSetting up the printer is so easy! I plugged it into the wall and turned it on. The color screen display walks you through setup with step by step instructions along with a video you can play to better understand each step. Genius! Had printer setup in minutes to my WiFi with typing in the password. I currently use windows 10 and has to download an app on my computer. The app is easy to use and connected with the printer automatically. To use it wirelessly from my iPhone I had to go to WiFi and find the printer. Click on it and type in the password which is located on the printer screen touch WiFi direct icon and it displays the password for you. Along with downloading the house smart app on my phone. Printing is so easy on my phone now just hold my finger down on the document and select hp smart then follow on screen prompt to print.

Great for a small businessI received the Officejet 8022e on 7 April.
It came with a setup guide but no full user guide or manual
showing all the features of the printer. The printer label says
8022e, product number 1K7K6A. From what I can tell, product
numbers can differ for printer sale point countries. I could not
find a manual specifically for this production model.
There is a manual for the Officejet Pro 8022. I downloaded and
    am using it.
The printer looks good on my shelf.

Set up was easy but required the HP app be downloaded to your
mobile device. After that the printer showed up on my print programs.

The 1st thing I noticed was it only has one paper input tray. You
select the paper size from the printer modifier menu or the HP Smart
app. Then you put that size paper in the tray.
I print A4, 4×5 and other sizes often. One tray puts me at a big
disadvantage. I am not always close enough to change tray paper
size when I am doing an assortment of photo and document jobs.
For me, two input trays are a necessity. My other printers have two
    paper input trays.

Printing: Printer takes up to a minute spooling before the first print.
Then it prints faster than my other printers. I print from a Dell
desktop, 2 android phone and 2 android tablets. My son printed f
    from his Apple tablet.

Black and white is fast. I printed one full page of text in about 12
seconds and less than 60 for 4 pages without duplex printing.
The text is clean and sharp viewed with the naked eye.
Color photos are very good, close to my other printers. I can see
a difference if I compare prints side by side. A 4×6 print took
about 20 seconds, an 8×10 took less than a minute.
Documents with images and color are very good.
Duplexing is said to be automatic. For me, some documents
printed on both sides, some did not. I have not had the time to look
    into that.

Scanning: This is easy. Scanning documents to a computer or
    copying them is fast.

Fax: I did not test the fax function. I have other fax machines.

Ink is expensive. A 4 cartridge OEM package costs upwards of
$55 USD. Prints per package according to HP are around 825
for color and 1500 for black and white.
HP has an ink subscription program that starts you off with 6
    months of free ink.

    Monthly fee USD Pages/month Rollover/month
    $0.99 15 45
    $2.99 50 Up to 150
    $4.99 100 Up to 300
    $11.99 300 Up to 900
Once you set up an HP account, the chart above is the subscriptions
available after your free 6 months. Prints run in the neighborhood
of 5 cents per page vice 17 cents buying HP ink elsewhere and 10
cents per page if you exceed your subscription and carryover allotment.
The printer does a self check including if HP instant cartridges
are installed. If so, the printer reports to your HP account how many
pages have been printed. It also monitors ink levels, so HP can send ink as needed. Running out of ink should be a thing of the past.
HP can disable the instant ink cartridges if you stop your subscription.

The paper tray seems a bit cheaply constructed considering the fact
that you may be changing paper size often.

I would recommend this for the small to medium size office/ business,
where the bulk of printing is one size. I have seen pages per month
listed as 800 to 20000 pages for different product numbers.
Great for a small business, but much more printing than I need.

The average Joe, if like me, printing at home most likely is done
with an assortment of paper sizes and types. Prints are very good
to excellent, but without a second paper tray, I would not recommend
this printer for the average Joe.

Good quality print once you get thru setupThe printer is compact and lightweight. The touchscreen menus are easy to read, but look low resolution. The setup icon is small and faint at the top of the touchscreen menu and hard to press without hitting something else. The setup of this printer for my laptop was NOT straight-forward. You go to a website in the instructions, which I did three times in order to scan from the printer’s menu. I ended up with five desktop icons: HP Print Scan Doctor Downloader, HP OfficeJet 8020 Series- HP Scan, HP Officejet 8020 Series, HP Smart, and Shop for Supplies – HP Officejet 8020 Series. I also had to access HP Support Assistant to load the device so I could finally scan from the printer itself, not just the HP Smart app on the desktop. You have to figure out which printer icon to use to have control over the destination of the scan documents. When I finally got through the setup vortex, the printouts were higher quality on regular paper than my previous printer. The scan goes up to 1200 dpi resolution, takes a couple minutes for a page, about 6 seconds for a 150 dpi page. Overall, this printer does what it’s supposed to, but an inexperienced user may need help setting it up and figuring out where to go to use all the settings and options.

Great for printing documents and smaller photosThis printer was very easy to set up Viva Wi-Fi with our Chromebook. We’ve had several issues finding printers that are compatible with our Chromebooks. This Prints documents great and pictures on regular paper look nice. However on photo paper there’s lines in the pictures of the 8x10s. It was also hard to get it to print a 8×10 photo. If you want to print smaller photos it is phenomenal. We are still trying to figure out the 8×10 issue. The printer also makes very nice copies. It sometimes grabbed two sheets of paper when trying to print.
Overall it’s not a bad printer especially if you just need documents. We’ve been doing a lot of printing with still being on line for school. This will do the job.
