Great little home printerThis is a great little printer. Doesn’t take up much space, prints quickly, scans clearly, works via wifi, and can print from my phone. Holds more than enough paper at a time for my 3-5x a week printer needs. I use this to organize all our household bills, receipts, and as a backup work printer for some accounting needs. I got 6 months of free Instant Ink too at the time of purchase which was great, although the ink lasts such a long time. The paper you’re recommended to buy with this is kind of low quality, but I don’t do presentations with this so I’m okay with it. I’ve used the paper feed tray for double sided printing twice, and it worked fine. I haven’t tried the photo editing feature yet, but I am happy it’s included in this bundle. I think you get so much for your money. Very much recommended.

Note/disclaimer – I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Best printerThe best printer I’ve ever owned. I am able to send and receive fax messages, scan through my phone, print wireless, and so much more. And it prints everything from photos, homework, professional cardstock, you name it. It really is an all-in-one and the ink lasts forever! I love the hidden buttons too.

Prints documents quicklyPerfect for my home office needs. It prints documents quickly and can hold a fair amount of paper (for a home office). Vivid black ink quality but so-so color ink quality. Huge bonus is how long the ink lasts. I’m enrolled in their Instant Ink program and find it convenient. Downsides include the unhelpful buttons that are image-only with images that can mean almost anything (with the exception of the power button image) and the not-so-great color ink quality. Love the scan function, though, and the top feeder has never jammed which is a miracle in and of itself. For the price, you can’t beat HP.

Affordable, functional…This is my second HP printer (for home use). The first one lasted 12 years, still works like a champ, but ink is no longer made for it sadly. So, I purchased this one for our home office. I love the smart scan function. I do not need to tell it the dimensions of a receipt beforehand, it will pick up the borders on its own and zoom accordingly for the best image scan. The black ink is high quality, but color photos print with lines through it even with ideal adjustments. I think the color comes out kind of dark too, not really ‘bright’ – especially blues. Semi-quiet. Louder than our old HP printer, but it prints quickly so it’s not a deal breaker. For the price, this printer is hard to beat. It has a fax function, but I don’t use it. Also came with an app, but since I only print in my home office and have a separate office printer at work, I don’t use the app for any remote printing, but I like that I have a backup option. Small annoyance is how it will stop printing when the paper tray is about 1/4 full. I wish it would just keep printing until the last sheet, especially since I never let it get down to one single sheet, but it won’t – a warning will pop up and make you add more paper to the tray. Still highly recommended for a home office user not in need of vivid color prints.

Poor ink qualityNot worth the it. The ink will clog up after 5 months of use even thought the cartridge is full, and that will force you to keep buying more ink. This is a reoccurring problem I am noticing with HP printers.

Sorry printer and not worth the money.I bought this printer in March. but didnt open it untilthe week of June 18th. Everytime I turn it on there is some kind of error. It wont stay hooked up to internet. There is a paper jam, the ink carrier wont move or the printer door is open. I can never get it to work, but I waited too long to open it. I want to theow this printer against the wall. I hate it!! One star is too much as a rating.

Return RefusedHorrible printer that will not connect and you have to delete and add it every time you restart your computer and want to print. HP Customer Service tech support cannot resolve issues except to tell you to delete/ add. Worse is if you miss the return period at Walmart then it is impossible to return under warranty with HP as well. Walmart points to HP to return and HP says they can’t return because they don’t have the sales info that Walmart has.
