maybe better than name brandI like the texture of this even better than the name brands. If you put a corned beef through a fine grinder this is probably what you would get.
Apparently a number of earlier reviewers eat dog food and compare this to it, but I can’t speak to that experience or address it here, personally.
This Great Value Corned Beef was selling for a little less cost but now is much closer to the name brand. Even if they were the same price I’ll be buying this one.

Good StuffI am really happy that I purchased this corned beef. It tastes much better than the big brand names that I usually buy. It is not near as salty and comes in a regular can that you do not have to try and open with a key. I will keep on buying the Great Value brand.

A Dented One!It should have been a 5 star rating considering it arrived on time. But one out of the 4 cans is dented. Please be careful to your handling, there are customers who know that dented canned goods are detrimental to ones food. Hopefully, retailers would put dented canned foods to a discount section, or not selling it altogether. Thank you.

Really does taste different than the othersI had read reviews so decided to try it and it really does taste better than the others. It’s less salty, it had less viewable fat when I opened it and I think it tastes more like “real” corned beef too. Plus more than a dollar less per can so I’ll buy it again for sandwich spread.

Sodium amts dont matchThe sodium content reads 830 on the can, 340 on the web page. My mother is on a low sodium diet and wanted something to add to her eggs…the 340 would of been fine, but now i dont trust it and will feed it to my dogs. unhappy shopper.

My box was open and half of the canned goods were dented!! It was NOT handled properly at all!! Walmart delivery could do better. Anxious for my other box!!it needs to be REPLACED ASAPP!!

BonesHard pass. Bits of bone throughout the meat that you have to spit out. Taste was ok/good but why so many little circular shards of bone?? Or whatever it is, its hard and white like bone. Also a huge pain to open the cans. I cut myself bad on it trying to grab the little tab that they make you turn with a flimsy key thing and that didnt work, so I had to get my pliers. Do they expect old people to be able to open this can? Because I am a 30 year old in good shape and I struggled big time.

What A Horrible ProductWhen i opened the tin, I was shocked. It looks and smells like dog food. I tasted it. It’s quite horrible. I took 2 bites. I hate to throw food away, but i don’t have a dog at this time. You should pass on this. Very bad

HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!I would like to have my deliveries done by people who can read and follow directions. My address is 103 and they left it at 101 next door. Leave on the porch of the red house. They left it on the porch of the house that is gray!
